Job Description
**Latam Quality System & Excellence Lead**
**Main Purpose**
– Develop and deploy a value driven global strategy for Quality Systems and Quality Excellence components in alignment with Bayer Crop Science Quality.
– Develop and deploy a Data Analytics strategic, that allow the organization anticipates and take better productions decision
**Your mission will be to**
– Coordinate Quality Systems & Excellence Components for Global VS PS such as:
– IT Systems, Doc Mgmt, Audit, Non-Conformance, CAPA, Continuous Improvement, Process Optimization
– Internal and External Assurance programs related to ISO, QMS, Accreditations, Certifications
– Govern and oversee the VS PS Management of Change (MOC) Program
– Govern VS PS risk management processes and associated mitigation
– Integrate Quality into Advanced Manufacturing and Production System implementations
– Lead a culture of “Quality in all we do” for VS PS
– Define VS PS Quality metrics and assure reliable reporting
– Drive a regional and global mapping regarding the use of data for decision making in crops production system
– Establish a strategy for the creation and implementation of Quality data predictability ( Data Analytics 2.0 project)
– Maximizes people and team development opportunities in alignment with business needs
**Unlock your potencial**
– Bachelor Degree in a scientific, business, or technical discipline
– 5+ yrs of relevant business experience in seed industry (PS or Comm), or quality, different industries
– Strategic mindset and strong cross-cultural sensitivity
– Ability to influence all levels in the organization and leaderships skills
– Strategic and innovations approach
